💻 Since May 2022 I joined Siemens as Head of User Experience for the Smart Building portfolio. I am currently leading the global UX organisation across multiple segments: Fire Safety, Automation, Connected Devices, Digital Buildings. Prior I was a Design Lead at IBM Design working on the Cloud and Cognitive Software portfolio.

🏫 In 2020 I started the Design at Scale Meetups, which I am hosting with Morgana D'Almeida. We created a space for enterprise designers to connect, share and learn about the challenges of delivering delightful experiences and scalable products.

🦸 I joined the UX Rescue organization, being a mentor for the next generation of UX designers in the context of NGO projects. This initiative especially resonated with me as it is representing what design culture is fundamentally about: empathy, support, and making a positive impact.
